Also, actress Vaani Kapoor pulled out from IIFA at the last moment as she suffered from a hamstring injury while practicing for her dance performance.
On the other hand, Arjun Kapoor was reported to be skipping IIFA in Bangkok. He tweeted, “I hate being sick... it’s such a dilemma sometimes do u medicate urself & work thru the sickness or rest it out n lose out on work & ur time...anyway I guess have to rest it out n recover in time for @IIFA & nail it on stage there.”
Thankfully, later he confirmed his presence at the gala event with yet another tweet. He wrote, “Thanks again #Drjewelgamadia for getting me back on my feet all re-energised & ready to take on the world... #recharged #bringiton.”
