HMD Global has launched two new Nokia phones in India today. The first is Nokia 3.1 Plus and the other is the Nokia 8110 4G "Banana Phone". The Nokia 3.1 Plus price in India is Rs 11,499 and the Nokia 8110 4G "Banana Phone" price in India is Rs 5,999.
Nokia 3.1 Plus specifications
The Nokia 3.1 Plus comes with a 6-inch full-screen HD+ display with cinematic 18:9 screen ratio. The rear panel has a metal-like finish and the company has also added some silver accents around the camera module and fingerprint sensor. Powering the Nokia 3.1 Plus is a MediaTek Helio P22 chipset paired with 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 400GB via microSD card. It runs on Android One and ships with Android 8.1 Oreo and is likely to get the Android 9 Pie update soon.
For optics, the Nokia 3.1 Plus comes with a 13 Megapixel and a 5 Megapixel with f/2.0 aperture camera at the back with LED flash, whereas on the front is an 8 Megapixel f/2.2 sensor. The phone measures 156.88 x 76.44 x 8.19 mm in terms of dimensions and houses a 3,500mAh battery. It will be available in three colours of Blue, White and Baltic.
Nokia 8110 4G specifications
HMD Global finally bring the Nokia 8110 4G to India. The phone comes with a banana form factor and a slider cover, which protects the keyboard. It comes with a 2.4 inches 240 x 320 pixels display with 4:3 ratio and 167ppi density. It powers on a Dual-core, Qualcomm Snapdragon 205 SoC, with Adreno 304, backed with 512 MB RAM and 4GB internal storage.
The Nokia 8110 4G uses a 2MP single camera at the back with LED flash an misses out on the front camera. It houses a 1500 mAh battery with 25 days standby time and runs on Smart Feature OS based on KaiOS and comes preloaded with a revamped Snake game. The slider over the keyboard allows users to answer and end calls. The Nokia 8110 4G will come in Traditional Black and Banana Yellow colours.
