Google had announced the feature during the annual developer I/O conference that had kick-started in Mountain View, California. As soon as the user connects the phone to the car's Bluetooth and launches the Assistant, the Driving mode will launch and if the users phone is not connected to the car, one can simply say, "Hey Google, let's drive".

Apart from driving mode, Google makes it possible to use Assistant in remotely controlling the cars, wherein users will be able to ask Google to even adjust the car temperature, even before getting inside the car cabin.

The feature will be available in 'the coming months' in cars like Hyundai's 'Blue Link' and Mercedes-Benz's 'Mercedes me connect'.
