Coolpad has extended its budget smartphone lineup in India by launching the Coolpad Note 8. The Coolpad Note 8 is a successor to the Note 6 and the Note 8 price in India is Rs 9,999.
This being a budget smartphone will take on the likes of Nokia and Xiaomi. The Coolpad Note 8 gets a big display, 4000mAh battery and dual cameras on the back.
Coolpad Note 8 specifications and availability
The Coolpad Note 8 sports a 5.99-inch IPS FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels. The phone comes powered by the MTK6750T 1.5GHz quad-core chipset paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage that can be expanded to 128GB via microSD card.
The Coolpad Note 8 uses dual cameras on the back and single sensor on the front. The back gets a 16MP primary camera along with a 0.3MP secondary sensor with f/2.0 aperture. Towards the front is the 8MP selfie shooter with f/2.2 aperture. It comes with Dual SIM capacity and runs the stock Android 8.0. For unlocking the phone, the Coolpad Note 8 comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back that unlocks in 0.2 seconds.
The device comes with a massive 4000mAh battery that offers a standby time of 200 hours and a talk time of 8 hours and features the smart battery management skills.
The company has launched the device for Rs 9,999 and comes in only 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant. The phone will be available in black colour and can be bought exclusively from Paytm Mall.
