Asus ZenFone Max Pro M2 set to launch in India on December 11
With the success of the of the popular Zenfone Max Pro M1, in India. Asus plans on launching the successor of the called the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 in India on 11th December. Citing the expected launch of the upcoming Zenfone Max Pro M2, there have been a lot of speculations regarding the specs of the phone. It will be a Flipkart exclusive, as the official page has gone live, but there is not much about the phone on the page.

The phone is likely to come with Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection, as one of the posts shared on the Asus India Facebook page says, "The unrivalled champion of mid-range is ready to begin its dominance with the most durable screen in the segment – Corning Gorilla Glass6."
According to the company, the phone will be able to survive 15 vertical drops made from 1 meter of height and considering the mid-range status of the previous Zenfone Max Pro M1, the upcoming phone too could be priced under the same bracket.
Reports from WinFuture.de, suggest that the Zenfone Max Pro M2 and Zenfone Max M2 could come with a 6-inch screen 4GB/6GB RAM for the Zenfone Max M2 and 8GB RAM for Zenfone Max Pro M2. Powering the Max M2 would be the Snapdragon 636 processor while the Zenfone Max Pro M2 could feature a Snapdragon 660 processor.
For the battery, the Max M2 and Max Pro M2 are expected to come with big batteries like its predecessor, which might include 4000mAh and 5000mAh batteries. For the camera, the phone might come with a dual rear camera setup, stacked vertically.
