Asus has announced a price reduction of its Zenfone Max Pro M1 smartphone by Rs 1,000 in India. The phone currently is up exclusively on Flipkart and is available in three variants of 3GB RAM/32GB storage, 4GB RAM/64GB storage and 6GB RAM/64GB storage.

With the price reduction across all variants, the 3GB RAM/32GB storage version that was priced at Rs 10,999 will now be available for Rs 9,999, while the 4GB RAM/64GB variant that was priced at Rs 12,999 will now be available at Rs 11,999 and the 6GB RAM/64GB internal storage variant that was earlier priced at Rs 14,999 will be available at Rs 13,999.
Looking at some of the highlights of the phone, the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 comes with a 5.99-inch full HD+ display with a resolution of 2160 x 1080 pixels and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor paired with Adreno 509 GPU.
It gets a dual camera set up at the back that includes a 13 Megapixel primary OmniVision sensor with f/2.2 aperture paired with a 5 Megapixel secondary camera sensor. Towards the front is an 8 Megapixel camera sensor for video calls and selfies.
The phone runs on the stock version of Android 8.1 Oreo and is backed with a 5,000mAh non-removable battery. For connectivity, the phone comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct, GPS/ A-GPS, Bluetooth v4.2, GLONASS, Micro-USB and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
