At least three people lost their lives in Tamil Nadu's Thiruvallur after a fire broke out at a paint factory there. According to the information available, while the two deaths reported were of the workers in the unit, the other deceased was an onlooker who was hit by a metal plate that flung off the unit after the fire triggered an explosion.
