The United States will play at Belgium, and Italy will go to Australia in the first round of Fed Cup play in 2011.
Wednesday's draw at the site of the French Open also set up France at Russia, and the Czech Republic at Slovakia. Next year's first-round matches will be played Feb. 5-6.
The United States will host Italy on Nov. 6-7 in the 2010 Fed Cup final. It's a rematch of last year's final, won by Italy. AP
