The Spaniards defeated their opponents in straight sets, as the top-seeded Ferrer claimed a 6-3, 7-5 victory over Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria and the second-seeded Almagro ousted Jan Hajek of the Czech Republic 6-4, 6-3.
In the final Sunday the No. 5-ranked Ferrer, who reached the quarterfinals at Wimbledon and the semifinals at the French Open earlier this year and also won the Swedish Open title in 2007, will play Almagro, who claimed the title in 2010.
