London, Jun16: Unseeded Sam Querrey failed in his bid to regain the Queen's Club title he won in 2010 when he was defeated 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 by sixth-seeded Marin Cilic in the semifinals on Saturday.
Cilic will play the winner of the second semifinal between 10th-seeded David Nalbandian of Argentina and unseeded Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov.
