Poland, Jun14: UEFA has appointed Carlos Velasco Carballo to referee Germany's final European Championship group match against Denmark on Sunday in Lviv, Ukraine.
The Spanish official refereed the Euro 2012 opener between Poland and Greece, and sent off the only two players shown red cards at the tournament so far.
Nicola Rizzoli of Italy will handle Netherlands vs. Portugal in the other Group B match in Kharkiv.
Poland's bid to advance to the quarterfinals, by beating the Czech Republic in Wroclaw on Saturday, will be refereed by Craig Thomson of Scotland.
Jonas Eriksson of Sweden will work the Russia-Greece match being played at the same time in Warsaw.
