Orlando: Sydney Leroux scored twice in the first half as the U.S. women's football team completed its sixth undefeated year with a 4-1 win over Brazil in an international friendly Sunday.
Abby Wambach also scored in the first half and Erika Tymrak added the other goal for the United States. The Americans finished the year with 13 wins and three draws.
Leroux opened the scoring in the 15th minute, and Wambach scored from a penalty in the 17th. Rosana cut it to 2-1 in the 25th, before Leroux added her second in the 36th. Tymrak scored in the 76th.
