London, Mar 22: Queens Park Rangers substitute Jamie Mackie scored in injury time Wednesday to complete his team's comeback from 2-0 down and beat Liverpool 3-2 in the Premier League.
Relegation-threatened QPR trailed to second-half goals by Sebastian Coates and Dirk Kuyt before Shaun Derry gave the home side hope with a 77th-minute header.
Former Liverpool striker Djibril Cisse leveled the scores nine minutes later before Mackie slotted past goalkeeper Jose Reina to secure the west Londoners three points.
Liverpool had dominated the first half but could not find a way through until nine minutes after the break when Coates scored his first goal for the club with a brilliant scissor-kick. Dirk Kuyt made it 2-0 soon after with a close-range tap in and the home fans made clear their disappointment when they booed off captain Joey Barton.
Derry then scored with a header, Cisse headed his third goal in four games and the Loftus Road fans erupted in the 91st when substitute Mackie put the ball between Reina's legs for a win QPR had never looked like achieving.
