Oldham, England, Sept 22: Manchester City striker Carlos Tevez has been fined after pleading guilty to speeding.
The Argentina international was clocked driving at 61 kmph in a 48 kmph zone shortly after his team's home draw with Birmingham in the Premier League last November.
Tevez was fined 60 pounds ($95) and ordered to pay court costs of 35 pounds ($55).
However, prosecutors dropped a charge against Tevez of failing to disclose the identity of the driver of his Bentley in a separate incident on Feb. 12. AP
