UEFA Champions League round of 16: Real Madrid vs PSG, Juventus vs Tottenham Hotspurs

Two-time defending champions Real Madrid take on a hungry and ruthless Paris Saint Germain where as the Kings of Italy, Juventus take on a rampant Tottenham Hotspurs in this week's clashes.

The UEFA Champions League is back with a bang as the top 16 are drawn, fixtures have been set and there are some mouth-watering and nerve wrecking clashes coming their way as two-time defending champions Real Madrid take on a hungry and ruthless Paris Saint Germain where as the Kings of Italy, Juventus take on a rampant Tottenham Hotspurs in this week's clashes.

English Premier League leader Manchester City take on FC Basel as the Pep Guardiola coached City have been rampant and have played the classic 'pep' way this season. Guardiola won the treble with FC Barcelona in 2011 and will aim to the do the same as City have reached the EFL Cup final where they will face rivals Arsenal, in the last 16 of the FA Cup. City reached the semifinals of the UCL last season before they were knocked out by Real Madrid, Guardiola will aim to ensure to go past FC Basel with ease. City has mainated a winning streak as they broke all records and have just one loss to their name in the Premier League this season.

The Old Lady of Turin and defending Serie A champions Juventus nearly had their hands on the silverware in the finals last season till they suffered a humilating loss to Spanish giants Real Madrid who ended up clinching the trophy for a record second time in a row. The Old lady reached the finals last in 2015 where they lost to FC Barcelona who went on to win the treble. With a balance in the attacking and defence units, Juventus square off against Tottenham Hotspurs. Italian coach Mauricio Pochettino has built his team into a well oiled machine as their star striker Harry Kane has been on a goaling spree. The top scorer of the Premier League will go head to head with the likes of Gianluigi Buffon, Gerogio Chellini and many more. A clash that you would not want to miss out on.

Liverpool vs FC Porto: February 14

Jurgen Klopp's Liverpool were the first ones to make Manchester City realise that they were not invincible as they handed Guardiola his first Premier League loss of the season as their forwards have been rampant and merciless. Philippe Coutinho's departure to FC Barcelona has not affected the Merseyside club in any way as with the trio of Roberto Firminho, Mohamed Salah and Sadio Mane, the three speedsters have been in front of goal recently. FC Porto on the other hand lead the Primera Liga and are unbeaten in their league. The Portuguese club have been rampant but this clash would certainly decide the fate of the two in the grandest stage of all.

The battle between Real Madrid vs Paris Saint Germain is more than war. It's the defending two-time defending champions against a team that is on a rampage and has a thirst for UCL glory. Ronaldo vs Neymar. Since the Brazilian's arrival in the French League, PSG have been rampant, ruthless as the trio of Edison Cavani, Kylian Mbappe and Neymar have been the most fierce so far. Real who have recently found their form after a series off losses, gear up for one of the biggest encounters of the champions league. Ronaldo recently scored a hat-trick which is an indication of what's more to come as the UCL has been the five-time Ballon d' Or' winner's favourite hunting ground.
