Real Madrid have offloaded their midfield player James Rodriguez on a loan to the Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich on a 2-year loan worth 9 Million Euros with a buy back clause of  31 Million Euros in 2019.  As media reports suggest that the Bavarians coach Carlos Ancelotti has had a close eye on the star and it was his biggest wish to bring the player in his squad.

James has been heavily linked towards the Premier League with Manchester United and Chelsea in the line-up for the South American player. With only 22 appearances last season, it was clear that Rodrigues was not a part of Zidane’s plan in the next season. With a lack of play time, the Columbian was still prepared to make his mark on the field for the Los Blancos. James was dropped for many matches throughout the season and was brought out as a substitute in the late part of the games that he had played.

James has provided the team with goals in his appearances and the most decisive goal was when he scored against FC Barcelona in the El Classico match that was held in the early parts of the year when he came on as a substitute and scored the equalizer to against the Catalans to save the day. But it was all in vain as the magical Lionel Messi ensured that the game was theirs when Messi scored in the dying parts of the game which was level at 2-2.

With Real signing two new players for the new season, the Columbian star now makes way towards Germany where he plays under the former manager of Real Madrid Carlos Ancelotti. It is certain that James will get his playing time as he plays with the champions of Germany. Playing with the likes of a superb all-round squad, it is certain that Rodriguez will surely give his best to prove himself at the new club.

The Bavarians are currently in China playing their pre- season matches.
