Lance Armstrong (Cycling):
The champion of the one of the most talked and difficult cycling competition Tour de France . He was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 1996, and was given a very few percentage of survival .But he not only defeated Cancer but went on to win seven Tour de France title from 1999 to 2005.
