Mumbai, Sep 14: Maharashtra Government has decided to give a cash prize of Rs 10 lakh to Yuvraj Valmiki, who was a part of the hockey team that recently won the Asian Champions Trophy in China.
The decision was taken at today's weekly cabinet meeting. Chief Minister Prithviraj Chavan said the government was also considering giving Yuvraj, who hails from Maharashtra, a government job. PTI
