New Delhi: Australia are well prepared and ready to take on defending champions Germany in the Hockey Junior World Cup quarter-final at the Major Dhyan Chand National Stadium here Thursday.
"It is a happy moment for the boys to have entered the quarter-finals and we realise that tomorrow's (Thursday's) game against Germany is the decisive match and will decide our future in the tournament. Both teams will fight hard tomorrow to win and I hope we play better hockey and enter the next level," Australia coach Paul Gaudoin said after the team's practice session Wednesday.
Oz skipper Daniel Beale said his boys have analysed their strategies and are ready to take on the five-time world champions.
"We are analysing all the videos of the last few matches and working on areas that might go against us tomorrow. While we have played Germany earlier, we realise that each match is different and we cannot go by the experience of our last clash," said Beale.
