BULAWAYO, Zimbabwe : Zimbabwe captain Elton Chigumbura won the toss and sent South Africa in to bat Sunday in the first of three one-day internationals at Queens Club.
Allrounder Chigumbura begins his second stint as captain of the limited-overs team.
South Africa made six changes to its lineup after victory in the one-off test between the African neighbors in Harare. Batsman David Miller, allrounder Ryan McLaren, fast bowlers Wayne Parnell and Kyle Abbott and spinners Aaron Phangiso and Imran Tahir were all brought in.
Zimbabwe made five changes from the test, with Chigumbura selected alongside seamer Shingi Masakadza and offspin bowler Prosper Utseya. Luke Jongwe and Neville Madziva make their international debuts for the home team.
