Jaipur, May 1 : A visibly disappointed Pune Warriors captain Yuvraj Singh blamed it on "poor fielding" which resulted in the sixth loss for the franchise in the Indian Premier League after Rajasthan Royals defeated them by six wickets.
"Today's loss was a result of poor fielding. If you drop catches of three of their main batsmen, it's difficult to win matches. Now we are in such a situation where another loss would mean that we are out of the competition. Not a great feeling though," skipper said at the post-match presentation ceremony.
When asked as to why someone like him who was hugely successful with his left-arm spinners during the World Cup (15 wickets) is not bowling, he answered, "During World Cup, I could only concentrate on my bowling. Now I have to look at other aspects of the team also." PTI
