Islamabad, Jun 30: Pakistan has confirmed the United Arab Emirates as the venue for three one-day internationals and three Twenty20s against Australia in August.
Pakistan Cricket Board spokesman Nadeem Sarwar said the ODIs will start at 6:00 pm local time to counter extreme daytime heat in the UAE while T20s begin at 8:00 pm.
Sarwar said the matches will be played at Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Pakistan has been forced to host its home matches at neutral venues since 2009 when gunmen attacked a Sri Lanka team bus.
Sarwar said the itinerary of matches against Australia will be finalized by next week.
