Ranchi, Jan 17: Team India players had dinner at the home of their captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni on Wednesday night.
Soon after their arrival at the airport, the players went to Hotel Blue Radisson and went straight to Dhoni's home in a bus.
The Harmu locality where Dhoni's house is located was chock-a-block with fans and onlookers. The players had a tough time wading through the crowd of fans, with police resorting to a mild cane charge.
Dinner was served in the huge dining hall of Dhoni's residence. The players had a look at the interiors of the home, which some of them said, looked like Brian Lara's home.
All the players except Suresh Raina left for the hotel after dinner, while Raina stayed till late in the night. Dhoni and wife Sakshi took Raina in their car to the hotel at around 11:30 pm.
