Mumbai: The BCCI marketing committee today gave title rights to Star group for a base amount of Rs 2 crore.
This amount is much less than the previous rights which went for Rs 3.3 lakh per match. Airtel was the previous sponsor.
The rights have been given for international matches to be played at home for a period of 13 matches till March 2014.
Australia is coming to play 7 ODI matches and T20 this month, West Indies is coming to play two Tests and 3 ODIs in November-December this year.
