Cape Town, South Africa: Cricket South Africa says its new chief executive Haroon Lorgat will meet with the honorary secretary of India's board over the troublesome schedule for the countries' test and limited overs series at the end of the year.
The meeting between former International Cricket Council chief executive Lorgat and Sanjay Patel also will likely be used to smooth over a previously troubled relationship between Lorgat and the powerful Board of Control for Cricket in India when the South African was at the world body.
CSA said the pair would meet in Dubai this month having already held discussions over revising the schedule. India is unhappy at the length of its tour to South Africa starting in November, which was meant to include two Twenty20 games, seven one-day internationals and three tests over two months.
