New Delhi: Test player Cheteshwar Pujara hosted dinner for the Indian cricket team which is in Rajkot for the next One Day International against South Africa.
In a picture uploaded on BCCI's Twitter account, the ODI team members can be seen posing with Pujara who features in Test matches for India. Captain MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Ajinkya Rahane, Amit Mishra, Shikar Dhawan, Umesh Yadav, Suresh Raina and Rohit Sharma can also be seen in the picture. All the team members look pretty happy with the set up.
Cheteshwar Pujara has featured in 28 Tests with an average of 49.28. He also has a double century to his name and has scored 7 Test hundreds.
India defeated South Africa by 22 runs in the second match to level the five-match One-Day International series 1-1 at the Holkar Cricket Stadium in Indore on Wednesday. The hosts take on the Proteas in the 3rd ODI in Rajkot on Sunday.
This dinner party would surely lift the morale of Team India which has managed to win a match after losing the T20 series and the 1st ODI.
