Wellington, Dec 15 : New Zealand Cricket has promised a "robust" review of the national team's recent 5-0 loss to India in a one-day international series, which extended its losing steak in ODIs to 11 games.
Chief executive Justin Vaughan said in a statement Wednesday the organization's cricket committee, chaired by former international spinner Stephen Boock, had already begun its review which would take about a week.
He said team management and senior players would be interviewed.
New Zealand Cricket was "committed to creating an environment where the Black Caps can succeed and to do that we need to have a robust review process," Vaughan said.
The review will make recommendations to be assessed by the New Zealand Cricket board. AP
