New Delhi: Cricket is an entertaining game but it becomes more entertaining when something unusual happens.There have been several instances where streakers have made runs on the ground when international matches were in progress. Such people try to seek attention or to get 15 to 20 seconds of fame.Following are some instances of streakers disturbing the course of matches. 1. On May 20, 2001, in London, a female streaker ran past the players during the fourth day's play in the first Test match between England and Pakistan at the Lord's cricket ground. 2. A male streaker leaped over the stumps during day three of the third Test between England and West Indies at Old Trafford, in Manchester, on August 5, 2000. 3. A female streaker is grappled to the floor by volunteers during day three of the fourth Test match between England and Pakistan at Old Trafford, Manchester, on July 29, 1995. 4. A streaker jumped over the stumps during a Test match at the Lord's cricket ground in London, on August 1, 1975. 5. On December 10, 1979 during World Series match between Australia and West Indies, the then Australian cricket captain Greg Chappell shields a streaker with his bat in Brisbane. 6.
