It was a pleasure to bring you all the live action. It's 1-1 as of now. Can these two teams make it to the final? Well, that is a story for another day. India will next face Sri Lanka. Until then, this is Kartik Mehindru, signing off.
Pakistan's Innings
It's all over for India. Pakistan win by 5 wickets. To be honest, India's bowling lacked any venom. Hardik was expensive and it just did not come together for the men in blue today.
- Pakistan just need 7 runs off the last 6 balls.
- The equation is simple. 24 runs | 11 balls. Who will come out on top?
- PAK 153/4: Bad fielding.Arshdeep has dropped a sitter. Asif Ali was the batter.
- WOW! Pandya has been costly all night, but he struck when India needed it the most. Rizwan is back in the hut. Tremendous breakthrough for India.
- IND 137/3: BIG.. BIG wicket for India! Bhuvi came back into the attack and has presented India with Nawaz's wicket.
- Nawaz is threatening to take the game away from India. He has raced away to 32 off just 14 balls.
- PAK 88/2 in 11.2 overs: Pakistan is lagging behind in the run-rate. They will need to go hard now.
- PAK 67/2: Zaman walked right into Chahal's trap. The result - A long walk back to the pavillion. He was looking good. Big blow for Pakistan.
- PAK 44/1: Good Powerplay for both teams. Pakistan made above 40 runs and did not lose any more wickets. India, on the other hand, would be happy that Babar Azam is back in the hut.
- PAK 36/1: India have kept a lid on the scoring rate, but Rizwan is now threatening to break free.
- Big wicket for India. Ravi Bishnoi is the man. Babar Azam is back in the hut.
- PAK 11/0: India have kept things tight. Kumar and Arshdeep have complemented each other really well. Pakistan will be looking to break free in the next over. Let's see where it goes.
Indian Innings
Kohli has powered India to 181. Pakistan's fielding spoiled an otherwise brilliant last over. They gave away 8 runs just like that. Will these come back to haunt them?
- IND 168/6: Hooda falls after a handy knock.
- IND 165/5: Kohli hits another 50. What a player! 2 overs remaining, and India would want to make at least 185.
- IND 146/5: It's all on Hooda and Kohli now. Can they inspire a comeback?
- IND 131/5: India have lost the track. Both Pant and Hooda are back in the hut. The onus is on Kohli to get India to a respectable total now.
- IND 112/3: Pant and Kohli are taking their time and just stabilising the innings a bit.
- IND 93/3: Big wicket for Pakistan. SKY falls while trying to manufacture a sweep. Rishabh Pant is the next batter.
- IND 80/2: Suryakumar Yadav has been really proactive against the spinners. He is not letting them set camp.
- IND 66/2: Another wicket for Pakistan. The Rohit-Rahul show is over.
- IND 62/1: Solid Powerplay for India. Onto KL and Kohli to carry on the good work.
- IND 54/1: Rohit Sharma falls. Big wicket for Pakistan. Alas, he was looking so good.
- IND 50/0: It's annihilation. Total domination. Pakistan getting slammed from both ends now. It's the Rahul-Rohit show in Dubai.
- IND 28/0: India have started off pretty well. Both Rahul and Rohit have struck some lusty blows.
- IND 17/0: Alright, The Hitman is dealing in sixes and boundaries.
- Rohit Sharma has made his intent clear. Shah was threatening to bowl a tight line. He just steps out and whacks it for a boundary.
- Well, well, well, Rishabh Pant is back in the eleven. Dinesh Karthik sits this one out. Hooda and Bishnoi come back too. Quality players all around. Fair to Dinesh Karthik?

The last 2 matches here have seen scores in excess of 180 here. But historically speaking, the pitch tends to remain more or less the same throughout the course of the match. The ball may move around a bit in the initial few overs. But in general, it will go good for batting.
