Islamabad: A court has dismissed the petitions of former captain Rashid Latif against the Pakistan Cricket Board and the appointment of its chairman Najam Sethi.
Sindh High Court said Latif should take any grievances to the Islamabad High Court where Justice Shaukat Aziz Siddique had ordered fresh elections for the PCB chairman. The government has filed an appeal against that judgment.
The IHC's two-member divisional bench will hear the appeal in the first week of December.
Sethi is effectively the head of the PCB after he was installed by the government last month as chairman of the board's interim management committee
