New Delhi, Mar 2: Kings XI Punjab Saturday added three new players to its squad for the April-May sixth season of the Indian Premier League (IPL).
Aniket Choudhary, left-arm medium pacer from Rajasthan, Manan Vohra, right-handed batsman from Punjab, and Sandeep Sharma, right-arm medium pacer from Punjab, were added to the squad.
Commenting on the additions, chief operation officer (COO) of Kings XI Punjab Arvinder Singh said: "I am very delighted to have good performers like Aniket, Manan and Sandeep to be part of the KXIP team. We are happy to have them as a part of KXIP squad and believe they will effectively contribute to the tournament. We wish them all the best and hope that they can utilise this opportunity as a platform to make a mark a niche for themselves as well."
Kings XI Punjab, one of the nine competing teams in the IPL, is owned by a consortium which includes industrialists Mohit Burman, Karan Paul and Ness Wadia, and actress Preity Zinta, among others.
