New Delhi/Mumbai, May 16: Delhi police commissioner Neeraj Kumar today said, three cricketers and 11 bookies and their agents have been arrested so far by police. Some more arrests are expected, but he ruled out involvement of more cricketers.
While the names of six others are arrested, here are the names of 8 people, including three cricketers, arrested by Delhi Police Special Cell in connection with Rajasthan Royals IPL spot-fixing case:
1. Chandresh Patel alias Chandbhai Shivlal Patel, resident of Andheri, Mumbai
2. Manak Upendra Bhatt, resident of Ahmedabad
3. Amit Ramgovind Singh, resident of Ahmedabad
4. S. S. Nambiar , resident of Kochi
5. Jiju Janardan, resident of Kochi
6. RR cricketer Ankit Anil Chavan, resident of Mahim
7. RR cricketer Ajit Giriraj Chandeliya, resident of Haryana
8. S. Sreesanth, resident of Kerala
