After Sunil Dubai got Anees Ibrahim's call, he rang up bookie Ramesh Vyas and Tikku Mandi alias Ashwini in India and asked them to find out ways and means to trap Sreesanth.
Ramesh Vyas then called up another major bookie from D gang Jupiter alias Chandresh and Bharat to "fix" Sreesanth.
On his part, Tikku Mandi contacted a former IPL player Amit Singh, who later contacted Sreesanth's friend Jiju Janrdhan for the purpose.
Amit and Jiju were both batchmates of Sreesanth and had diversified into betting business, when they found their careers not moving ahead.
Jiju then convinced Sreeshant to enter the world of "spot fixing" or "match fixing", whatever you may call, and the rest is history.
