Mumbai: The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) today confirmed that India cricket team tour Sri Lanka in August-September.
The two teams will be playing three-match Test series.
The Virat Kohli-led side will take on the subcontinent rivals in the first Test on August 12 at Galle.
While the second Test will be played at Tamil Union Oval on August 20, third game is scheduled to start from August 28 at SSC Colombo.
India will also play a three-day warm-up game against Sri Lanka Chairman's XI before the Test series.
