IND vs SL: India are facing Sri Lanka in a three-match T20I series. Suryakumar Yadav smashed his third T20I hundred and smashed KL Rahul's feat.

IND vs SL: India's star batter Suryakumar Yadav on Saturday continued his brilliant form from 2022 as he smashed another jaw-dropping ton against Sri Lanka in the third match of the T20I series. The World No.1 T20I batter Yadav displayed his best with the bat as he sent the Lankan bowlers around the park in Rajkot. He has smashed a third T20I ton and went past KL Rahul's Big feat.

Suryakumar Yadav surpasses KL Rahul's This feat

Yadav smashed 112 off just 51 balls as he hit the bowlers for fun. Yadav, who is vice-captain of the Indian T20I team for the Sri Lankan series, shattered India's regular captain KL Rahul's feat of hundreds in T20Is. Yadav hit his third T20I hundred and went past Rahul's mark of two tons in the shortest format. Yadav has the second joint most tons in T20Is. He is levelled with Czech Republic's S Davizi, New Zealand's C Munro, and Australia's G Maxwell in the list of most hundreds in T20Is. The 32-year-old Indian is now behind India's captain Rohit Sharma on the list of batters with the most T20I tons. Sharma has 4 tons in T20Is. 

India finish strong at 228
Riding on the back of the brilliance of Suryakumar Yadav, India registered a massive score of 228 runs in the first innings. Hardik Pandya had won the toss. While Ishan Kishan departed early, Rahul Tripathi smashed a quickfire 35. Gill picked up pace later before departing for 46. However, Yadav stood apart from everyone and caught everyone in awe with yet another masterful knock.
