Mumbai: An emotional Sachin Tendulkar bid adieu to international cricket Saturday. With it, a glorious and unmatched career of 24 years came to end, leaving the legend as well as his scores of fans in tears. Bollywood and TV personalities were no exception.

After India won the second Test against West Indies, Sachin thanked his fans for supporting him for 24 years. He remembered his late father Ramesh Tendulkar and thanked his mother Rajni Tendulkar, his wife Anjali and kids Sara and Arjun.

The Test was Sachin's 200th and was played on his home ground Wankhede Stadium.

Some celebrities took to Twitter to share their sentiments:

Priyanka Chopra: An end of an era.. Thank u Sachin sir.
