Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni is planning a secret reception in Delhi to celebrate his marriage with Sakshi Singh Rawat, reports the Mumbai newspaper DNA.
Dhoni will be inviting his near and dear ones to this exclusive bash that will also see Sakshi's family members being present.
The party will take place before the couple head to New Zealand for their honeymoon, says the DNA report. The report says Delhi socialites have come to know about this reception and designer Narendra Kumar, who made Dhoni's wedding outfits, has confirmed this.
Nari told DNA: "Dhoni got three outfits made. One for the wedding, one for a family occasion that saw Sakshi gifting him something and the third is for the reception that is yet to happen. Dhoni will don a suit for the same unlike his wedding for which I made him a contemporary sherwani. Dhoni is very modern in his approach to fashion despite being understated. His sherwani had a very masculine touch to it."
The ace designer adds, "The suit for the reception is also very modern. As far as I know, the reception is still pending but it will be an extremely closed door event. Dhoni was planning his marriage for one-and-a-half months as he came to me then. He is a very private person." Harbhajan Singh will attend this reception.
