Ranchi, Mar 23: Team India captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni today paid obeisance to Goddess Durga at the Durga Temple in Deori, 70 km from here.
Dhoni was accompanied by his brother-in-law and friends.
Today is the first day of Chaitra Navratri being celebrated in most parts of North India.
Dhoni had come to Ranchi only to visit the temple. He later left for Delhi.
