Ranchi, May 11: The Deputy Commissioner of Ranchi Kamal Kishore Sone on Wednesday gave permission to Team India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni to carry his second licensed pistol with him.
The second pistol of NP bore with licence number 9/2006. He had a 9 mm licensed pistol earlier.
Dhoni has been allowed to carry both the pistols anywhere in the country, except to prohibited places.
The Team India skipper is a lover of weapons. He recently went to the Army camp near Ranchi and saw a wide range of weapons used by the security forces.
Sone said, Dhoni being a reputed international player, has been given this special permission by the Ministry of Home Affairs.
