Needing to bat out 85 overs to salvage a draw and retain the Wisden Trophy, the West Indies was dismissed for 198 with 14.5 overs and one hour left of a test played at an empty Old Trafford.
Stokes achieved the feat during the second game against West Indies at the Old Trafford Cricket ground in Manchester.
Ideally, India is set to host the 2021 T20 World Cup. But with Australia not being able to hold the 2020 edition, they have requested for ICC to hand them the rights for the 2021 edition while the 2022 edition can be taken by India.
ICC Chief Executive Manu Sawhney explained that the rescheduling of the dates was done to fit in the qualification process for the tournament.
Hazlewood, who plays for Chennai Super Kings in the IPL, is one of the one few Australian players who turn out in all three formats of the game and is part of the enlarged 26-man squad that was named last week.
The series was initially set to be played in June but due to coronavirus pandemic, it was pushed back to later this year.
