Promising opener Manjot Kalra's unbeaten 101 guided India to their fourth ICC Under 19 World Cup triumph, as the boys-in-blue beat Australia by eight wickets in the summit clash at the Bay Oval on Saturday.
India were dominant in all parts of the match as four bowlers took two wickets each. In the batting aspect, it was opener Manjot Kalra who stood out with his 101* run knock which helped the Men in Blue chase down the target with ease. Skipper Prithvi Shaw, Shubman Gill and Harvik Desai contributed their inputs as well but it was Kalra who took on the Australian attacking line-up single-handedly.
