Friendship has no age limit as a high octane clash between Kings XI Punjab and Chennai Super Kings saw a little bromance brewing amidst the stress and pressure in Mohali between two 36-year olds. MS Dhoni played skittles during the clash as he hammered the KXIP bowlers away after the hosts projected a 200+ score on the board at the PCA Stadium. At one time it almost seemed like the former Team India skipper could single-handedly win the match for the visitors, unfortunately, his back carved out during the Indian Premier League (IPL) encounter.

Dhoni was under a lot of pressure physically and mentally as his back started to hurt during the match. Despite the stress on his back, Dhoni delivered as it had seemed like a lost cause for the Super Kings as they needed 76 runs off 30 balls, but the Chennai skipper almost got his team over the line with a blistering 79 runs off 44 balls which included six fours and five sixes.

It was during the innings when MS Dhoni received some treatment from CSK's physiotherapist during a strategic time-out and it was none other than Punjab's local boy Yuvraj Singh who stepped in as well to comfort Dhoni. In a way it was more of a tease by the swashbuckler which rekindled the bromance that the duo had during their International cricket days. Take a look.

Twitter loves the reaction by Yuvraj and have their say on the moment that was captured between the two.

Yuvraj still awaits a call-up from the national selectors as it has been almost a year when Yuvraj last honed the national blue jersey. The 36-year old last played for India when they toured West Indies back in June 2017.

The IPL can be a platform for Yuvi to get back on track and hopes to make it to the World Cup squad next year. At the current moment, Yuvraj's performances in the 2018 Indian Premier League has been less than impressive as he has scored 36 runs in the three matches he has played.

KXIP still await for Yuvi's decisive performance in matches as Punjab's batting line-up has some major names in the 11th edition so far which include Aaron Finch, Chris Gayle, KL Rahul, Karun Nair, Marcus Stoinis, Mayank Aggarwal, David Miller and Manoj Tiwary.

The cricket fans still await further news on Dhoni's condition on how long he will be out for during the campaign. Kings XI Punjab will next face undefeated Sunrisers Hyderabad on April 19 whereas Chennai Super Kings will face Rajasthan Royals on April 20.
