As India gear up for the final penultimate clash with Australia in the 5th ODI, skipper Virat Kohli has touched down in his home town, New Delhi. The Team India captain also received a unique homecoming as he uploaded a picture with his pet dog.
Kohli took to Twitter to post a picture with a dog, his caption read,'Touchdown Delhi'.
With the series on the line, India hope to come out with flying colours in the summit clash against Australia after the visitors levelled the five-match series 2-2 with a record-breaking performance in Mohali.
The skipper, who has scored two tons in the second and third ODI matches, will hope to bring out the fireworks in his hometown.
Kohli on Sunday criticised the Decision Review System after India lost the 4th ODI, saying "it is not consistent at all and becoming a talking point in every game".
Ashton Turner, who fired Australia to a series-levelling win with an unbeaten 84 off 43 balls, was adjudged not out early in his innings despite the snicko-meter showing a spike following a DRS call from India.
"The DRS call was a surprise, it's just not consistent at all, it's becoming a talking point in every game," said Kohli after the four-wicket loss.
India lost the game despite amassing 358 for nine. The series decider will be played in Delhi on Wednesday.
