India's tour of South Africa is turning out to be pure bliss for newly-married India captain Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma. From shopping on New Year's eve to dancing on the streets of Cape Town and spending time under the sun, the venue for India's first Test against South Africa, the couple is leaving no stone unturned to turn this into an opportunity to spend some quality time together. To give their fans a teaser to what they have been up to in South Africa, Kohli posted a picture with Anushka from a picturesque destination in Cape Town.

Earlier, the couple also went for shopping on New Year's eve at a store that was offering heavy festive discounts.

Before that Kohli was seen breaking into an impromptu Bhangra gig with Shikhar Dhawan on the local streets.

Kohli and Anushka got married in a hush-hush ceremony in Italy on December which was only attended by their immediate families. The couple then threw two reception parties - in New Delhi and Mumbai - upon their arrival in the country.

The Delhi reception was attended by some of the big names from the field of politics, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Meanwhile, the Mumbai reception was graced by top Bollywood stars and cricketers, including Sachin Tendulkar, Virender Sehwag and the members of the Indian cricket team.

The South Africa series is the biggest challenge yet for Kohli and his men as they look to become the first Indian team to win a Test series in the Rainbow Nation.

India have never managed to win a Test series on South African soil in the last 25 years. Kohli didn't seem much worried about the overseas challenges and has promised a strong performance this time.

The first Test starts in Cape Town from January 5.
