Under the coaching of Rahul Dravid, Indian colts registered a massive 100-run victory against Australia to start their ICC Under 19 World Cup campaign on a high. Amid the celebration, the BCCI's Cricket Advisory Committee (CAC) member Sourav Ganguly set his sights on the prodigious cricketers, hinting at possible inclusion of some in India's senior national squad.

"@imVkohli @VVSLaxman281 @BCCI keep an eye on two under 19quicks ..mavi and nagarkotti ..bowling at 145 in newzealand ..brilliant ..," Ganguly said tweeted, asking for attention from India captain Virat Kohli's and another CAC member VVS Laxman.

"@imVkohli @vikrantgupta73 @BoriaMajumdar @VVSLaxman281 @sachin_rt all 3 under 19 quicks prospect for india ..by far the best in the tournament," the 45-year-old southpaw batsman added.

Besides skipper Prithvi Shaw's 94-run knock and opener Manjot Kalra's 86, India pacers Kamlesh Nagrakoti (3/29) and Shivam Mavi (3/45) impressed with their speed and accuracy in the opening match.

Former India opener Virender Sehwag also noticed the sensational quicks and didn't hesitate to heap praises upon them.

"This was serious pace from our boys. Solid beginning beating the Aussies by 100 runs. May the hunger continue and we carry the momentum. #U19CWC," Sehwag said, along with a picture showing speedy deliveries by the young-guns.
