Rohit Sharma's snub from the Indian Test squad against West Indies has raised many eyebrows and besides the fans, a former captain and a spinner have raised the issue as well. Sourav Ganguly and Harbhajan Singh took to Twitter to question Rohit's absence from the Test squad against West Indies.

Rohit received plenty of praise after he led the Men in Blue to clinch a record 7th Asia Cup trophy. He was also the second highest run-scorer after Shikhar Dhawan in the tournament.

The inform cricketer was not selected for the Test squad against England and now a home series against Windies. The selectors dropped Shikhar Dhawan as well, however, the opener had a poor run during the five-match Test series against England which India lost 1-4. Harbhajan slammed the selectors for not including Rohit in the 15-man Test squad.

Hardik Pandya has also been rested as he suffered a back injury in the opening match of the Asia Cup. Pacer Ishant Sharma has also been rested as he recovers from an injury.

India will play the 1st Test against West Indies in Rajkot, which commences from October 4.
