Sachin Tendulkar pays homage to martyrs on 10th anniversary of 26/11 Mumbai attacks

Along with Tendulkar, former and current players also paid tributes to the martyrs and victims who lost their lives in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks, which happened 10 years ago.

The cricket fraternity paid tributes on the 26/11 Mumbai attacks

It has been a decade now since the 26/11 attacks in Mumbai happened, but the horror and vivid memories still flicker alive. As the nation pay their respects and tributes to the martyrs who lost their lives while protecting the nation during the terrorist attacks, Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar pays an emotional tribute to the people who lost their lives on this very day 10 years ago.

"Life sirf lambi nahi, badi bhi honi chahiye. This stands true for all the brave people who protected and served during the #MumbaiTerrorAttack. They proved that no matter what may come, we shall stand united and tall against terror. #2611MumbaiAttacks #NeverForget," Sachin posted on his official Twitter account. 

The cricket fraternity also paid their respects. Take a look. 

Former cricketer Virender Sehwag also took to his Twitter account to pay respects. His caption wrote,'On the 10th anniversary of the #MumbaiTerrorAttack ,my heart goes out to people who lost their loved ones and to the families of Martyrs who sacrificed their lives & saved thousands of lives. The nation will forever be indebted to the bravery, courage & sacrifice of our martyrs!'

VVS Laxman and Mohammed Kaif also took to Twitter as well. 

Cricketers Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan also paid their respects to the martyrs and victims who lost their lives in the horrendous and devastating attacks.
