Legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar has a message for Pakistan after the Indian Air Force (IAF) carried out strikes at terror camps of the Jaish-e-Mohammed early morning on Tuesday.
Combat jets of the AIF bombed terror camps at multiple locations across the Line of Control on the Pakistani side in a pre-dawn strike, 12 days after the Pakistan-based terror group, Jaish-e-Mohammed carried out the Pulwama attack in Kashmir, government sources said.
Tendulkar took to Twitter, saluting the IAF. Here's what the Master Blaster wrote. 'Our niceness should never be comprehended as our weakness.
I salute the IAF, Jai Hind'
Earlier, former cricketers Virender Sehwag and Gautam Gambhir also took to Twitter to salute the IAF.
Team India cricketer Ajinkya Rahane also took to Twitter to laud the IAF.
"Bravo to the #IndianAirForce! They have sent a much needed message against terror. We are proud of you. Jai Hind!"
In a major retaliation to the Pulwama terror attack in which 40 CRPF personnel were martyred, the Indian Air Force (IAF) carried out air strikes against JeM terror camps in the wee hours of Tuesday.
12 Mirage 2000 fighter jets of the IAF carried out the air strikes for forty minutes in which JeM’s alpha-3 control room was completely destroyed. Pakistan Army has confessed the incursion by the IAF jets but denied any loss of life or property.
