Mustafizur Rahman is the last man in.

23.37 IST: OUT! That's the game for Hyderabad! Digs in another short delivery outside off, slightly wider outside off. Hardik swings again across the line but there is some extra bounce which takes the top edge. The ball lobs high in the air and Basil Thampi at third man comes a couple of steps ahead and takes it easily. The heads go down in the stands as the man who could have got them closer to the target is walking back. Mumbai Indians 81/9 in 17.4 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

23.33 IST: A maiden from Rashid! Would you believe it? What a bowler! He has redeemed himself tonight in an emphatic manner. Quicker delivery, skidding in, Hardik pats it down. 39 to win from 18 balls. 4-1-11-2 finishes Rashid, wow! MI 80/8 in 17 overs

Jasprit Bumrah is the next man in. Also, Rashid Khan to bowl out now.

23.29 IST: OUT! Beaten for pace! Lovely pace bowling, this! Siddarth Kaul has silence the crowd and this is now Hyderabad's game to lose. They have made a match out of this one. Full and straight on the stumps, at 138.1 kph, Markande looks to flick it across the line but misses to get rapped on the pads. The umpire has no harm in raising his finger.  Mumbai Indians 80/8 in 16 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

Mayank Markande is the new man in.

23.26 IST: OUT! No inside edge! That's dead plumb! Good length delivery, nipping back a bit, Mitchell looks to work it away on the leg side but seems to have missed it completely. The ball goes off the pads towards short third man and McClenaghan is out of the crease. There is also a run out chance as the fielder throws it at the striker's end but he misses. Kaul is busy appealing for an LBW and it's upheld by the umpire. Mitchell has a word with Pandya and then opts to take the DRS. Replays roll in and Ball Tracker returns three reds! Hyderabad are all over Mumbai now. Mumbai Indians 78/7 in 15.2 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

23.25 IST: Is that the another wicket for Hyderabad? Mitchell McClenaghan is the man in question. He takes the review and only an inside edge can save him...

23.22 IST: Mitchell McClenaghan is the new man in.

23.20 IST: OUT! Another one bites the dust! Straight down the throat of Rashid Khan. Suryakumar Yadav, the set batsman departs. Kane Williamson is the happy man. What a turnaround from his boys. This game is right at the edge of the knife. Back of a length delivery, angling in on the hips, Yadav walks across and tries to drop kick it. He does so but finds Rashid Khan to perfection at deep square leg who didn't even move an inch. 42 needed from 31 balls. Mumbai Indians 77/6 in 14.5 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

23.13 IST:  Basil Thampi into the attack now. Mumbai would look to attack him.

Hardik Pandya walks out to the middle.

23.09 IST: OUT! Catching practice there for Shikhar Dhawan. You receive these before the matches in practice. Rashid bowls the leg spinner outside off. Pollard picks it and guides it towards first slip. It goes quickly to him and Dhawan there takes another sharp catch moving to his right. Pollard's rough patch continues. Mumbai have half the side back in the hut. 46 more needed. This is turning out to be another close one. Mumbai Indians 73/5 in 13.1 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

23.03 IST: SIX! In the slot and then those arms take over! A biggie from Pollard. Quicker delivery, darted in on middle, Kieron leans ahead and just extends his arms. Has enough power behind the shot to send it sailing over the long on fence for a maximum. MI 68/4 in 12.2 over

Kieron Pollard is in next.

22.59 IST: OUT! LBW! The on-field call has to be overturned! Rashid Khan breaks the stand. It was the leg break, pitches around middle and Krunal goes back to play for the turn. This one, however, skids off and pings him on the back pad. A huge appeal follows but the umpire turns it down. Rashid is really confident as he convinces his skipper to take the review. Replays roll in. There is no inside edge and Ball Tracker shows that it's pitched in line and would have hit the stumps. Mumbai Indians 61/4 in 11.5 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

22.58 IST: Huge shout for an LBW but the umpire shakes his head. Rashid is confident that he has Krunal trapped in front and Hyderabad take the review.

22.56 IST: FOUR! Shot! Short and outside off, Krunal stays back and cuts it square on the off side for a boundary. MI 61/3 in 11.3 overs

22.52 IST: Excellent over from Rashid! Flattish delivery around middle and off, flicked away by Krunal to deep mid-wicket to keep strike. MI 52/3 in 10 overs

22.51 IST:

22.48 IST: Rashid Khan, who is having a tough time for the past two games, comes on to bowl. Can the Afghani redeem himself tonight?

Time for a strategic break.

22.45 IST: FOUR! Best of the lot! Siddarth tries the yorker but it goes wrong. A juicy low full toss on middle and Krunal says thank you very much. He brings his bat down and hits it straight back down the ground to bisect mid on and mid off. Third boundary in the over and Mumbai seem to be back on track. 69 needed off 66 balls.

MI 50/3 in 9 overs

22.44 IST: FOUR! This is turning out to be a contest between Krunal and Kaul. Good length delivery on middle, Krunal looks to pull but gets it off the inner half. Still has enough behind it to beat the dive of the man at mid on. MI 46/3 in 8.5 overs

22.41 IST: FOUR! What a shot! He has absolutely nailed it! An overpitched delivery, Krunal takes a little stride ahead, bends his back knee and unfurls a rollicking cover-drive. No stopping that. MI 42/3 in 8.1 overs

22.38 IST: FOUR! More runs! This is a good shot from Yadav. The crowd finds it voice back as they get to see two boundaries in two balls. Nabi switches the angle and comes from over the wicket, stills drops it short. Surya rocks back and flays it through cover. Rashid is a bit squarer in the deep and he had no chance to cut that off. MI 36/3 in 7.5 overs

22.37 IST: FOUR! Deft! Nabi does a blunder. He comes from around the wicket and angles it at a quicker pace outside off. Yadav waits for the ball to come and then at the last moment, he opens the face of the bat and helps it neatly to beat the man at short third man. A boundary results! MI 32/3 in 7.4 overs

22.35 IST: Tidy over from Kaul! Fuller delivery outside off from Kaul, Yadav with a lunge forward, drives it through extra cover but Williamson from mid off gets across to his left and does well to keep them down to one. MI 26/3 in 7 overs

Siddarth Kaul is brought into the attack.

22.28 IST: This one turns back in sharply, Surya keeps it out safely. Terrific over from Shakib, 2 runs a wicket off it. Mumbai are 22/3 for the end of the Powerplay, lowest this season. This is an ideal start for Williamson's men, they are fighting really well. MI 22/3 in 6 overs

Krunal Pandya is the next man in.

22.25 IST: OUT! Edged and taken! Rohit Sharma is gone! That's a big wicket and Hyderabad are on a roll here. Shakib is all smiles. Impressive bowling change from Williamson, this. A tossed up ball, served outside off, Rohit's eyes light up as he looks to go inside out over extra cove. But the ball turns away, takes the outside edge and flies quickly to Dhawan at first slip who takes a good reflex catch. A few concerned faces in the stands as the hosts lose their third wicket. Mumbai Indians 21/3 in 5.2 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

22.23 IST: Back of a length delivery outside off from Sandeep, Rohit punches it past the diving Shakib Al Hasan at cover. Didn't time it as he would have liked but enough to get him two runs. He's off the mark. MI 20/2 in 5 overs

Rohit Sharma is in next.

22.19 IST: OUT! In the air... gone! Second wicket down for Mumbai and Mohammad Nabi removes Kishan for a duck. Tossed up delivery outside off, turning away a bit, Ishan dances down the track in a bid to clear the infield but all he does is he manages to slice it up in the air towards long off. Deepak Hooda, the substitute fielder takes an easy catch. So far so good for Hyderabad. Can they pick one more inside the first six overs? . Mumbai Indians 17/2 in 4 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

22.16 IST: FOUR! Beats mid off! That's a sparkling shot off the back foot. Dropped short and quicker through the air outside off, Yadav rocks back and muscles ot towards mid off. Thampi there moves to his right to make a stop but the ball beats him comfortably to race away to the fence. MI 16/1 in 3.3 overs

Ishan Kishan is the new man in.

22.14 IST: OUT! Leading edge and Lewis is out of there! Fuller delivery around leg, Evin looks to flick it away over mid-wicket and is done in by the swing here. Gets a leading edge which goes towards backward point where Manish Pandey accepts a simple catch. Good start for Hyderabad. Mumbai Indians 12/1 in 2.5 overs vs Sunrisers Hyderabad (118)

22.10 IST: FOUR! What a sound that made off the bat! Back of a length delivery, angling away, Lewis hops back and cracks it through cover for a boundary. MI 12/0 in 2.1 overs

22.06 IST: FOUR! Nabi is welcomed into the attack by Yadav! He starts from around the wicket and darts it outside off on a shorter length. Suryakumar stays back and crunches it square on the off side. MI 6/0 in 1.1 overs

Mohammad Nabi will bowl from the other end.

22.05 IST: This one stops on the surface. Length ball around off, Lewis defends it off the back foot. It goes uppishly but well short of the man at cover-point. Brilliant first over from Sandeep just two off it. MI 2/0 in 1 over

21.59 IST: Sandeep Sharma will take the new ball first up. A slip in place for him. Here we go...

21.58 IST: We are back for the run chase. Should be a stroll in the park for Mumbai but you cannot write Hyderabad off. If they managed to pick up a few early wickets, we can have a game on our hands. Let's see how the second innings unfold. Evin Lewis and Suryakumar Yadav stride out to open the batting.

21.51 IST:

21.47 IST: Sunrisers Hyderabad 118-all out in 18.4 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium. Markande 2/15, Hardik 2/20, McClenaghan 2/22 . Yusuf Pathan OUT! Mustafizur has the last laugh! Pathan though will feel he is unlucky here. This is short and on middle, Pathan rocks back and crunches it off the middle towards deep mid-wicket. Pandya there judges it well and takes a good catch. That came at him quickly. HYDERABAD HAVE BEEN BOWLED OUT FOR 118!

21.44 IST: SIX! He connects and connects well! This is right in the zone for Pathan. Full and on middle. Pathan sends it sailing over the long on fence for a maximum. A much-needed one but the need more of this. 118/9 in 18.3 overs.

21.40 IST: Jasprit Bumrah to Yusuf Pathan, 2 runs. Slower ball on middle, Pathan hits it hard past the bowler. He runs one and goes for the second. Pollard fields the ball and throws it to at the keeper's end but Pathan dives to make it.

21.36 IST: Sandeep Sharma is the last man in.

21.35 IST: OUT! Siddarth Kaul run out for 2. Kaul is way short! He finally puts bat to ball as he guides it towards point. He wants a run as the fielder fumbles. Pathan too responds but then refuses the run. Kaul tries to turn and get back. Pandya recovers, picks the ball up and throws it to the keeper who whips the bails off and appeals. The umpire goes upstairs but the batsman seems to be well short and replays confirm that. Can Mumbai bowl Hyderabad under 120? Sunrisers Hyderabad 109/9 in 16.5 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium

21.26 IST: Siddarth Kaul is the next man in.

21.25 IST: OUT! Markande removes Basil Thampi for 3. Excellent bowling change by Rohit Sharma as Markande strikes from the first ball. A poor shot by Thampi but what else can you expect from a tailender. Markande bowls it flatter on off, Thampi goes back and tries to cut but the ball is too close to play that shot. He misses and sees the ball hit his off pole. Markande gets his second and he is now the leading wicket taker of the tournament. The end is now nigh for Hyderabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad 106/8 in 15.1 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

21.15 IST: Basil Thampi is the next man in.

21.14 IST: OUT! Bumrah removes Rashid Khan for 6. Khan once again falls prey to Jasprit Bumrah. This one is on a length around off, it shapes away a touch. Khan tries to guide it down to third man but the ball takes the outside edge and goes towards Kishan who takes a catch diving to his right this time. Another fine catch by the youngster. Sunrisers Hyderabad 100/7 in 13.3 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

21.10 IST: FOUR! Short ball and put away! Pathan rocks back, cashes in on the width and cuts it through point for a boundary.

21.05 IST: Rashid Khan comes out to bat.

21.04 IST: OUT! Markande removes Nabi for 14. TIMBER! The googly does the trick. He has been completely foxed there. So a good comeback by Markande after going for runs in his first over. Mayank tosses this one up on off, it is beautifully flighted. Nabi tries to go big but is done in by the turn into him. It beats the inside edge and hits the stumps. Nabi waits as he feels the keeper has knocked the bails off but he is given his marching orders. Another one bites the dust and Hyderabad are staring down the barrel. Sunrisers Hyderabad 85/6 in 11.1 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

21.03 IST: Krunal Pandya to Yusuf Pathan, no run. Fuller on middle, driven back to the bowler. A good first over by the left arm spinner comes to an end. SRH 85/5 in 11 overs.

20.57 IST: FOUR! Swept and swept fine! Picks his spot there. He goes down on one knee and paddles it past the keeper. The ball races away for the second boundary for the over.

20.55 IST: FOUR! A poor ball to start with! Short and on middle, Nabi has all the time in the world to rock back and pulls it. He hits it in the gap through mid-wicket and the ball races away.

20.53 IST: FOUR! Exquisite! Full and on off, Nabi leans into it and drives it through covers for a boundary.

20.52 IST: Mohammad Nabi is the next man in.

20.51 IST: OUT! Hardik Pandya removes Williamson for 29. How often have we seen this? A wicket after the strategic break. It is the big one of the Hyderabad skipper. Pandya gets his second. He bowls it on a length again around off, this one keeps coming in with the angle. Williamson picks the wrong ball to guide down to third man. It takes the inside edge and goes into the hands of Kishan. The players appeal and even before the umpire raises his finger. Williamson starts walking off. Half the side back in the hut for Hyderabad. Sunrisers Hyderabad 63/5 in 8.1 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

20:45 IST: FOUR! Welcome to the bowling crease, Mustafizur! A short ball on middle, it sits up to be hit. Williamson rocks back and pulls it through backward square leg for a boundary.

20.40 IST: FOUR! Excellent placement! Short and width on offer outside off. Williamson guides it through backward point. Third man runs to his right, dives but fails to stop it.

20.35 IST: OUT! Shakib run out for 2. The last thing that Hyderabad needed at this stage! But this was brilliant by Surya Kumar Yadav. This is on a length around middle, it is the slower one. Williamson works it towards mid-wicket. He calls for a run and Shakib repsodes. However, looking at the fielder get to the ball quickly, Williamson asks Hasan to go back. Shakib is stranded halfway down the track. He turns in an attempt to get back but all he can do it hope the fielder misses. Surya Kumar does not and Shakib has to make the long walk back. Sunrisers Hyderabad 46/4 in 5.3 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

20.29 IST: Shakib Al Hasan is the next man in.

20.28 IST: OUT! Hardik Pandya removes Manish Pandey for 16. GONE! Hardik Pandya strikes! A needless shot from Pandey. He comes down the track and tries to go over covers to this length ball. He does not get the desired connection and it goes off the toe end towards Rohit Sharma at short covers. He takes an easy catch and Hyderabad have lost three in the Powerplay. Not many teams win the game after losing three within the first six. Sunrisers Hyderabad 44/3 in 4.4 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

20.24 IST: FOUR! Streaky but Williamson will take it! This is bowled on a length around off, it shapes back in. Williamson tries to defend but the ball takes the inside edge and goes through short fine leg for a boundary.

20.18 IST: FOUR! Straight down the ground! Gets a length delivery, angling in on middle, Pandey takes his front leg out of the way and goes bang over mid on for a boundary. He has walked in with intent, needs runs this season and looks like he's going to take the attack to the opposition.

20.16 IST: FOUR! What a shot to get off the mark! This is on a length around off, Pandey strokes it on the up through the off side. Finds the gap and there is no stopping the ball.

20.14 IST: Manish Pandey is the next man in.

20.13 IST: OUT! McClenaghan removes Saha for 0. EDGED AND TAKEN! Two in the over for Mitchell. Saha pays the price to be expansive first up. He again goes for a booming drive away from his body. It is the sucker ball and Saha is sucked into it. The ball takes the faintest of edges and goes into the hands of Kishan. He takes it and appeals and the umpire raises his finger. Saha's poor run with the bat continues. End of a double-wicket over. Mumbai right on top in this game. Sunrisers Hyderabad 20/2 in 2 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

20.12 IST: Wriddhiman Saha is the next man in.

20.11 IST: OUT! McClenaghan removes Dhawan for 5. Bowled'em and the crowd here goes crazy! Dhawan's return is a short one. A fuller ball on off, this one shapes back in. Dhawan goes for the drive but gets an inside edge onto his pads and then onto his stumps. Early wicket for Mumbai, just what they needed especially after the start Hyderabad were off to. Sunrisers Hyderabad 20/1 in 1.4 overs vs Mumbai Indians at Wankhede Stadium.

20.08 IST: FOUR! Dhawan gets his first boundary! This is full and wide outside off. McClenaghan slashes at it. it takes the outside edge and goes over third man.

20.04 IST: FOUR! Two in a row! This is even better than the last one. Bumrah over compensates by bowling very full outside off. Williamson drives it through cover-point and another boundary results.

20.02 IST: FOUR! Williamson continuing from where he left off! Excellent placement and excellent timing. This is on the shorter side, Williamson rocks back and places it through cover-point to get off the mark in style.

20.00 IST: We are all set for the action to begin. The Mumbai players along with the umpires make their way out to the middle. Kane Williamson and Shikhar Dhawan will open the batting for Hyderabad. Jasprit Bumrah will open the bowling for Mumbai.

Brief Preview: Under pressure after slumping to their fourth loss in five games, defending champions Mumbai Indians have the onerous task of re-discovering their winning touch when they lock horns with Sunrisers Hyderabad in an IPL match on Tuesday at Wankhede Stadium. MI had started their campaign with three losses on the trot before a victory over Royal Challengers Bangalore arrested the streak, but the three-wicket defeat in Jaipur to Rajasthan Royals, their fourth last-over setback, has put them under tremendous pressure.

With nine games left before the play-off stage, MI find themselves in a difficult situation to win at least seven of them to improve their chances. As such, a win over SRH tomorrow is imperative to keep them in the hunt.

Sunrisers too have slipped from their earlier top perch after suffering back-to-back defeats, following three straight wins, and would be as keen to bounce back to winning ways. (Read Full Preview)
