They have always been slow beginners but they would want to get back to winning ways starting this evening. Both their bowling and batting have been performing inconsistently until now. Bangalore, on the other hand, have also not had a great start to the tournament. They have won 1 out of the three games they have played. They might make a few changes to their squad. It goes towards long on where AB de Villiers runs to his right and takes a nice catch. First wicket for Woakes. Nasser Hussain on air mentions it is not a good idea as Woakes is quick to the ball and fires a throw to the bowler. He collects it well and takes the bails off. The players appeal, the do not look that confident and the umpire goes upstairs. Replays show that even though Krunal has dived he is short. So an innings in which we saw a lot of mistimed shots comes to an end. Pandya has been dismissed against Bangalore for the first time. Brief Preview: Three-time champions Mumbai Indians are coming off three consecutive defeats this campaign and this is not the start the Rohit Sharma led team would have wanted. With two defeats at home and one loss away. Mumbai Indians will pit their might against formidable Royal Challengers Bangalore in an adrenaline-charged Indian Premier League match. Both teams, with a plethora of explosive batsmen, are yet to find their feet in the T20 league and would be keen to gather some momentum with a victory at the Wankhede Stadium.

If MI have their problems to sort out, having lost at the death in all three games so far, RCB, too, have their own shortcomings to address with only one win in three games under their belt.
